Amazing Bohemian Getaway
This was an amazing place to stay and would definitely recommend it for couples or for a friend get-away. Amazing view with a very bohemian vibe. The staff was amazing! A special thanks to Abraham and Iza. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because the entire staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was very good and if you decide not to dine with this hotel, there are two sister hotels just steps away. There is also a nearby cenoté that is walking distance. This is about 7 miles from the heart of Tulum, so if you are looking for a quiet place this is it. I do recommend renting a car or motorbikes as the taxi service can get quite pricey at around $30 USD/ per way into town. I would also pay the extra to stay in the rooftop suite as it does have their own private pool which was so special. Can go on and on about this place and I will definitely be back

lovely stay!
the staff was welcoming, friendly and incredibly attentive in this new hotel. beach access is awesome. room is clean and cozy. ours had a private plunge pool above that had the best view. just be careful of all the mosquitoes at night! overall, nerea is great. it’s a perfect stay for travelers who want to stay beachside and relax without all the noise and partying of the touristy “tulum” south of the beach.

Visit Nerea for a relaxing, chill vacation :-)
We had a perfect experience at Nerea Tulum. This location is quiet, relaxed and the property itself is chic, yet cozy and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and quick to help with anything. The food was a bit fancier than we were looking for, but quite tasty.

Had a week's stay here and just got back. The accommodations are excellent and the dining options in and around the hotel are also great. There's a good mix of food and by the looks of the new development around Nerea Tulum, there'll be even more soon. The Cenote nearby is great, the staff has some hustlers though, also don't be alarmed there are live crocs but friendly...well as friendly as a 3 billion-year-old killing machine can be. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk too. Good selection and filling. I highly recommend this place, great staff, super friendly, clean rooms with modern beach furniture, and the private beach is fantastic for relaxing or libation lounging.

We didn’t want to leave! The food (especially the breakfast) was delicious and they had a lot of healthy options. The beach was quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted for our babymoon. If you’re looking for a party scene this isn’t for you. They had Covid testing at their sister property, Alea. You can also dine there and they give a coupon. We had a rooftop unit so it was nice having an overlook and our own pool. We enjoyed using the kayak and paddle board too. The staff was very nice. They cleaned the red algae off the sand each morning which was a bonus, most beaches didnt seem to do that
