    The pool and outside area was closed. I contacted Expedia and made another reservation! I asked Expedia to cancel my original reservation - they didn’t! I spent hours on the phone to Expedia to try to ensure my reservation was cancelled but each time it wasn’t! The hotel have now tried to charge me 2 nights even though I didn’t check in! I am hoping it will be sorted but my experience of Expedia is so far terrible! Be very careful when booking with Expedia!!

    The room has drapes to a window. When you move the drapes back there is a wall and no window. Like some kind of joke. Is that even legal? Definitely not safe if something happened. Horrible.

    Reception staff lovely and friendly. Cafe staff not so much. Charged 2 euros for 2 cups of hot water and a some milk! Hotel is pretty central, about 10-15 minute walk to the centre.

    Very cool outside, but the building retains significant heat. Open windows means significant noise, and open door means internal noise. This property does not provide cooling during what used to be a cold period called winter, which no longer exists in this part of the world. 25+ degrees room temperature is for me far too hot for sleeping or comfort.
