Incompetence at its best
Staff is totally incompetent. Spoke to 3 different people on trying to extend my stay by one night and received 3 different answers. Checked in with the expectation that my stay was extended by 1 night and turns out it wasn’t so I had to book a different hotel for the following night. Now it turns out I was charged over $300 by the hotel for a stay that was prepaid on Hotels.com

Upon arrival we found out they booked us a room that was not available, but issue was resolved very fast and we were able to enjoy our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was GREAT! Accommodations were wonderful!
