We picked this hotel for the price and the ratings it already had. We were amazed at how nice the place was for the price! You don’t find places like this often in Nebraska. Loved the log cabin like feel and the fireplaces. Plus the balcony space on the poolside rooms, very nice!

Facility is modern and some of the staff were gracious. I got there and was put into a different room that was moldy and smelly. Front desk staff was mediocre to rude about it and didn’t ask for my preference, just switched us out of the nice room into a crappy room upon seeing me and the kids walk in. Rude.

I loved the inside wood work and the fact that you could walk to the resturant/bar without going outside. The rooms were very spacious and the pool area was very clean.

Nice that this property was accommodate at 48 he period guests which made us feel a bit more relieved due to COVID. The bathroom looks like it needs deep scrubbing and/or grout replaced.

Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our stay here in the new addition of Norfolk Lodge. Very nicely decorated with great amenities, like a nice TV, kitchenette with sink and two-burner stove. We ordered room service and got a great pizza from The Sandbar, which arrived promptly and was delicious. The only complaint is that the glass door on the shower was very poorly installed, as there was a gap under it and let quite a bit of water splash out onto the bathroom floor. There was a rather large puddle that extended a couple feet from the shower every time the shower was used.

Wonderful Stay
Our room was located in the new wing, and was absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of room to navigate the space, and the decor is beautiful. The room and hallway were clean and quiet.
