Nice hotel, with an impressive lobby. Although I booked a deluxe room in the new tower wing, the room seemed a bit old fashioned for me. But my checking in and out experience was excellent and super quick.

Liked the people, and hotel was clean. Breakfast that was included was A . Very good food. Did not like that the shower was scalding hot. Could not regulate the temperature at all. Had to rinse off in the sink due to risk of burn. Told staff but they did not understand and smiled back. Also was promised floor #23. Was not ready so got into floor #9. They promised floor #23 next day but moved us into the 12th floor. Was silly to move all our things for just 3 floors up. Main reason we took this hotel was to see the view of Bangkok from high up as we did on our previous trip. Was dissapointed that we did not get the floor we were promised

Reception desk and cleaning staff were very good however the staff member at the concierge desk on the evening we checked in was not very flexible. We needed to book a minivan to Ko Chang for the next morning but he said he could only make taxi bookings. We went to a travel shop down the road instead. The room was rundown, sheets were clean but had a few old stains, bed was very firm, and the aircon seemed to run only on the highest fan setting thus was quite loud. A positive was that they stored one of our bags for the week for free. Overall it was okay for one night but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Pretty happy with my stay. Great location. Sky train nearby. Food, Restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket,cafes, clubs all easily accessible. Can’t ask for more :)
