RUDE front desk employee!!
When we checked in, the employee at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. When we were heading to our room another guest had overheard and said the employee was just as rude to him. Since we CHOSE to come out during the pandemic and risk staying here, the least the employees can do is be polite. I’m sure you aren’t getting much business due to the virus, but now I wouldn’t come here anyways since the staff is rude.

The experience was excellent. The room was large, clean and quiet. The only complaint is at Checkout I was informed of an $18 parking fee. While checking in I wasn’t informed of that. I thought that was shady.

Clean yes, staff was dreary and unhelpful. $7 egg was ridiculous. Wifi was impossible, used 2 gigs of data in 2 days. Asked to extend my room because I was alone for a couple of hours. They said $50 or be a diamond member. So I left. Hot tub was broken. Had to make an appt to use the pool.
