Welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Close to Interstate, mall and mountains.
What i didnt like was the $50 a day incidental fees.(Greedy)most Hilton Garden Inn- (Co) dont charge that much. Its either lesser amount or Just $50 no matter how long you stay. Disappointing!!

Extended Stay FBX is horrible.
Showed up to hotel with a reservation already paid for. Was told they transferred me to another hotel. No idea what they're talking about. They have no management available to speak with been driving a tractor trailer for 8 hours with no place to sleep. Horrible operation.

5 star in the Flatirons !!
The front desk and everyone at this new hotel was great. Clean with modern feel.....it was a welcome spot during cold winter !! I will stay at this hotel if i need accommodations in the future !!

The property was convenient. Normally like Hilton Garden Inn's,and this property was nice. Problem is they don't have staff and clean the rooms every 4 days - really? As a business traveler I expect daily service. On day 1 - ran out of Tissues, and then brought in a meal working late - nobody picks up the trash. Really ludicrous. Nobody tells you this when you arrive...you have to ask. Then they offer nothing. You are on your own. Their excuse...COVID - no staff. That's BS. Don't open then.
