Lovely property, our room was nice and clean. Safe area to visit, able to walk just about anywhere. Staff was very nice, friendly and polite. Only wish they had a restaurant at the hotel. Love the Christmas market and shops around the area. Enjoyed visiting different cafe, shops and museums. Also very easy and affordable to get from the airport, different areas like Brussel, Gent, Brugge etc. by train.

First class hotel, nothing to fault at all. From the check in process, the quality of the room (Superior family room), great nights sleep, cleanness throughout, location of the hotel (2 minute walk from main square and main shops) everything about the hotel is top quality. Special call out to the bar man, so friendly and nothing was a bother to help us.
