Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, decent pools and great food choices on the AI package. There's room for improvement with the animation and entertainment options a bit weak both day and night, as well as clearing tables quicker particularly in the outside area where the pigeons are annoying. Location on the hill may not suit some, but it's only a short taxi ride to/from the town below. We would definitely return as it's a very well run hotel!

Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Big family hotel. Very nice and clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of families and kids. Very loud and noisy. All inclusive buffet with very few options for gluten free, healthy options. Very practical for a family vacation with kids. If you don't have kids, I would go somewhere else.
