4/10 Fair

Hotel was nice and clean, good location but unfortunately staff were very rude, they judge you by colour of your skin, I paid extra for my choice of room but they gave me completely different room which I never expected, the window doesn’t close I couldn’t sleep because of the noise I told them they didn’t bother, the front desk people are woeful, I told them even the room size which I booked and paid extra, it didn’t work, I don’t think it’s part of Hilton anyway if so they need to train their staff better, very disappointed
