I've stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks and the quality of the service and the cleanliness has went down tremendously. The people at reception have now become rude and no longer accommodating

A great place to stay
The hostess was so nice. She did a great job of welcoming people and keeping everything clean. They have a separate locked area for luggage so everything was safe. I stayed for two nights and I loved it! La anfitriona fue tan agradable. Hizo un gran trabajo dando la bienvenida a la gente y manteniendo todo limpio. Tienen un área cerrada con llave separada para el equipaje, por lo que todo estaba seguro. ¡Me quedé dos noches y me encantó!

Für den Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet... Es ist weniger ein Hostel und mehr eine Jugendherberge. Das Gepäck wird von allen in einem Raum gelagert. Um da ran zu kommen muss man jedes mal jemanden von der Rezeption fragen... Dann gibt es keine richtigen Matratzen, sondern nur so was wie Luftmatratzen... und keine richtige Bettwäsche, nur eine kleine Kunststoffdecke (immerhin Kopfkissen). Das Bettmanagement ist auch nicht das beste. Am ersten Abend bin ich erst zurück gekommen, als die "Rezeption" (die Rezeption ist nur ein Raum mit einem Tisch und einem Notizheft wo die Gäste in Tabellen eingetragen werden) schon zu hatte, und da hat schon jemand anderes in meinem Bett geschlafen - obwohl ich dort schon Sachen von mir drin hatte! (die ich aber später wieder gefunden habe) Ich musste dann unten drunter schlafen. Für den Preis (45€ für 2 Nächte) war es das keinesfalls Wert. Nur buchen wenn ihr ein günstiges Angebot für 10€ pro Nacht findet und nichts gegen Jugendherbergen habt!

Lo peor
No tuve estancia porque intenté cambiar la fecha de mi estancia y en el hotel me dieron un número para llamar a Booking y nunca funcionó. Finalmente perdí mi dinero para nada gracias a su mala atención y desinformación además que no intentaron de ninguna forma ayudarme con mi cambio, espero tener la oportunidad de darle a otras personas mi mala experiencia para que no pierdan su dinero como yo
