Very good
Very long lines for everything! They alternated the days open for the lazy River with the slides, did not like that. Extremely expensive. Not very friendly at all.

GO NOW!
One of the most amazing trips we’ve taken. It takes a lot to exceed my expectations and this place did! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Not a lot for your money.
A lot of the shops were closed. And only half of the water park was open.

Good resort with very expensive food
Overall our stay was good. However, we were not very impressed with very high price of the food. Average breakfast per person was USD35, average lunch with a drink USD50 and dinner much higher than those prices. Hotel should try to reduce prices to a reasonable level. Also, there are many safety issues and incidences related to the rapid river ride. In my opinion both helmet and lifejacket should be compulsory for that ride for all age groups. Atlantis should carry out a safety audit for this ride and warn people of the risks in clear words. Else, this ride might be a big financial liability for Atlantis. There should alsi be regular minibus from hotel to the downtown town at a reasonable rate. I took a taxi to downtown and it cost me USD45 for a return fare.

Good
First vacation due to Covid :).
The Atlantis is Beautiful and have waited since 1999 to finally get to visit. The service was awesome, the housekeeping staff was amazing and very friendly and very happy to have us there. Not a lot was open and it was very difficult to find a place to eat or get a beverage. The Cove was not open yet. My suggestion is to make sure your customers know that we need to have a copy of the negative covid test ALONG WITH travel visa. We loved it and will come back when we can :)>

The Dig (which we call the scarium because we thought it was scary) is really fun to go in with a bunch of exhibits in it. The employees there are all really nice and there are a lot of water slides. They also sometimes have movie nights at the pool and the popcorn there is really good. The food is also really good but sometimes expensive.

Friendly resort, great service; food ok but pricey
Lovely resort with some great restaurants. Food is very overpriced at most restaurants, particularly Shark Bites, which has mediocre food at outrageous prices. I wasn’t able to get hot water in the bath most days, and had trouble opening the door to the patio - a service man had to do it.
