Great location. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was in the basement next to the air conditioning unit. Was so noisey all night…

Good Hotel in Quiet area.
Nice quiet area. Reception a bit slow but OK. Very 80's feel about the place but clean and tidy. Bathroom had musty smell and the room was quite small but generally OK and great position for the Park and central London.

We found that the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly but still efficient. Breakfast was a different experience but well thought out and their system works. Food and service was very good.

A good value, well located hotel by Hyde Park.
This has been a solo trip for a tennis beak in Hyde Park. Location has been my main priority. I love the proximity to Hyde Park. I changed rooms after night one as my bed was intolerably squeaky & my pillows hard & uncomfortable. My second room was much more comfortable & a quiet bed! Not sure what the difference was as room size & features were the same. I didn’t find a hairdryer, but maybe there was one at reception on demand. Restaurant service is a little slow, partly due to changes around coronavirus. Overall, this has been a good value for money stay in an area I am fond of, though it does not offer much in its nightlife or eating out. My walk from Paddington station was around 15 mins. Staff are courteous, although my daily greetings of Good Morning, generally fell on deaf ears. It would be nice to be noticed as a guest at times.

Great location in quiet and elegant street
Great location in a quiet and elegant street just set back from Kensington Gardens. Well appointed hotel with lovely restaurant and bar area. Breakfast choice and quality excellent. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location
Hotel was well positioned on the edge of Hyde Park with easy access to explore London. The hotel was well set up for supporting the COVID restrictions and provided personal protective packs on check in.

Overall a nice hotel. Minor issue was only 2 sets of towels provided when there were 3 guests in the room. Breakfast on first morning was a bit of a disaster - table service only due to Covid-19, however very disorganised with only one member of staff putting orders together. We had to book a table, however it was 50 minutes from the time of our booking until we received anything at the table - no drinks, cutlery, nothing. Very frustrating. Mentioned this to reception with a view to going elsewhere for breakfast and getting a credit for the next 2 mornings, however this wasn't possible. Things had definitely improved and were much more efficient for the following 2 breakfast sessions.

The room is clean and has aircondition on it which is fab. The only thing i don't like is the wifi connection it only gives you a free 5mbps and the 20mbps u need to pay for it. So it's much better if you jave your own mobile data sinve the wifi is very slow also. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is okey also. The locations is good since it's near to the ventre of Lomdon. Goodprice for the 2 night stay i enhoyed it. Thank you
