The convenient location keeps you a short drive from Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic and First Encounter Beach on the bay. Find shops and restaurants in nearby Eastham, Wellfleet, and Orleans.
LIVING AREA
The main living area is outfitted with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV. Light the gas fireplace for additional allure.
A leather reclining sofa makes it easy to unwind in the second living area. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or kick back with a book in the armchair.
Relax in the sunroom, furnished with four armchairs.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen, updated with granite countertops. Serve morning coffee at the breakfast table for two. The table in the dining area seats four.
The bonus kitchenette includes a four-burner stove/oven combination, a mini-fridge, and a microwave.
BED & BATH
This one-story home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Located in the bonus suite, you’ll find quiet privacy and a full-size bed in the first bedroom. The first bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds two twin-size beds, and the third bedroom holds a twin-size bed with a twin trundle. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The backyard has plenty of grassy space. Prepare tasty meals on the gas grill, then dine alfresco around the picnic table. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after blissful beach days.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

THE LOCATION
For a relaxing day on the Cape Cod National Seashore, drive 5 miles to Coast Guard Beach. Admire gorgeous sunsets over the bay at First Encounter Beach (4 miles).
The heart of Orleans (2 miles) is home to an abundance of local shops and restaurants. Enjoy retro movie night at the Wellfleet Drive-In (6 miles).
Parking notes: you’ll find parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The garage is not accessible for parking. Street parking is not permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
