I’m so happy that I chose The Contessa for my 4th of July birthday celebration! From the moment we arrived it felt great! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our suite was immaculate and welcoming. My favorite amenity was the rooftop pool, we watched the 4th of July fireworks from there. Oh, and they even gave us two complimentary cocktails vouchers to use at the hotel bar! I also loved that the restaurant has direct access to the Riverwalk. In summary, we had an excellent experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the location of the hotel in proximity to the riverwalk is perfect! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. As a family, we love that every single room has a bedroom separate from the living room because we can put our toddler down for the night, and he and I can order drinks from the bar downstairs, and watch TV without disturbing. Allows us to have some time to ourselves. We love this place.

Room was spacious and clean and quiet from any adjacent room noise. Beds were soft and comfortable but still supportive, felt premium. A few reviews had criticized the beds but I have a bad back and loved them. Location was very convenient on riverwalk next to Westin. Hotel Parking is only valet and expensive at $59/day with in and out privileges, there are nearby garages within 50 yards much cheaper but no in/out privileges. Staff was friendly.
