There is no free wifi as they state, even cafes offer free wifi. They don’t have a doona on the bed. A sheet a with a bed throw that didn’t cover our king bed. We used the spare blanket in the cupboard bearly coves the bed and wasn’t freshly cleaned. We didn’t sleep comfortably and were cold. Disappointing stay, won’t go back.

Great location. Room had a strong stale stench that lingers for the duration of the stay. Wooden slat blinds are hard to close and old. No ventilation in bathroom. We had a large cockroach visit us within 6 minutes of arrival from underneath the front door. The pools are not heated despite website suggested they are. Overall quite disappointing if booking a hotel room. 1 bdrm apartments quite nice on the flip side

We had to move rooms after the spa had a malfunction and drenched the whole unit, including our belongings. In the new room, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and there was no bedding to make sofa.

Lovely stay at the Mantra on Salt Beach
I was a bit dubious to stay here after reading some of the negative reviews but i was really pleased that we did stay here. The Mantra was fabulous, great staff, fantastic room, clean & tidy. Soft music on, lights on, air-conditioning on as we entered the room, that was a nice touch. Very pleased with our stay there, unfortunately it was only the one night! The beautiful beach was just a few steps away. Couldn't fault it at all. Would stay here again for sure!
