We were disappointed when we were told by the front desk that they would not extend us for 1 hour because of the cleaning crew.

Housekeeping was not very good . Staff with exception of front desk was not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a mess and workers not efficient . Rooms very overpriced

Kinda of disappointing I’ve used hotels .com before and found their reviews good but not this time the cleaning service left a lot to be desired had to ask 4x to have trashed emptied and beds made and on one day they just didn’t bother at all r after being asked to do a basic service when your on vacation u don’t want to spend your time repeating your request for what should be basic service especially at the prices being paid So no I would not stay their again ir recommend it and hotel .com should work on verifying what’s really happening

We reserved an oceanfront suite, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The hotel manager said they could not credit us anything because we booked through your company and that we needed to speak to you regarding any rate adjustment or credit for use on a future stay.
