Staff all polite and very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Spent three nights there and it was perfect from arriving to leaving.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff could not be any more welcoming and helpful. It would be helpful to have something like a pillow menu as I struggled to get a pillow that I found comfortable and was not feather due to allergies. This however did not ruin my stay and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel facilities and staff were excellent upon entering from the street to leaving. Excellent choice of breakfast and the lady that sorted out the room service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.
