No TV and no fridge in the room
Location is at Indian town (next to Little India) but very close to station. Across the road it has city square mall. This hotel is more like a business hotel where there are a lot of people working with their laptops on the foyer. Service is great, nothing to complain. The room is big enough for 1 person. BUT it doesn’t have fridge and TV in the room, which is quite disappointing. With Singapore weather condition, you would definitely need a fridge to store your foods. The bathroom wall has white tiles and built up mould can be seen.

Good value, spacious room, but a bit noisy
I really loved the design of these rooms (I had a studio layout); it was really well laid out and more spacious than most hotel rooms I've stayed in in Singapore in the same budget range. Bed was very comfortable, and the huge windows with a view over the city was great. My only complaints are that it was way too noisy for my preference; the noise in the hallways echo very loudly into the rooms, and I listened to doors slamming open and shut most evenings and mornings. Not super relaxing. Also, for a hotel with 19 floors, only 3 elevators was not enough -- I had to wait at least 5-10 minutes if not more every time I tried to call an elevator, either coming in or going out. Overall though, I was happy with my room and found the stay to be a good value.
