Bad experience

There were many issues, first at check in the desk personnel stayed on her phone during the entire check-in process. 2nd, the room was nothing short of filthy. The fire alarm was missing and appears to ha e caught fire at some point. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and missing. The bathtub plug was broken right out of the tub. When it was addressed, it appeared the morning desk personnel didnt care.
