Worst accomodation experience!
Worst accomodation experience ever!! It the first time i am writting a review but i feel the need to inform others planning to visit the hotel. 1. We stayed 3 nights to which the 2 we didnt even sleep as there was a lot of noise on the floor. The fire alarm went off both nights with no actual fire one night at 4 o'clock and the other at 1 o'clock. 2. For 2 days there was no hot water as the hotel was full and it run out for all the hotel rooms. The management staff was not helpful at all!! They are not problem solvers. They told us we will send someone but each time no one came to fix the issue. 3. Hairdryer was not working either in our room and a lot of other rooms as we find out from other guest as well. 4. The toilet room was too small and to sat on the toilet you had to do it diagonaly. Overall this a bad experience we will never forget in a negative aspect.

Nice Hotel shame about the weather
Stayed for 4 nights choose hotel for convenience to visit Valletta via ferry unfortunately weather conditions meant ferry didn’t operate at all during stay which was very disappointing and made each trip into Valletta a trial as buses were full and didn’t stop so needed taxis 10 euros each way . Hotel was lovely , would definitely stay again as very good value excellent breakfast and lovely pool area on the roof . Some Reception staff could have been friendlier and more helpful . Weather could have been a lot better

Hotel was nice and in good location, view from room was worst I have had, although room was clean and good. A/C didn't work, called maintenance, they had a look said was fixed, but nothing changed. Lift broke half of the stay. Breakfast was OK, but very limited vegetarian options.

Spacious, clean room with good decor, just bed not too comfortable. Location was great with bus stops on your door step, lots of restaurants and cafes next door or short walk. Sea view room a must. Overall good hotel.
