Great place and convenient to Denton!
It was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to downtown Denton and yet still felt like we were in the countryside. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and gave accurate directions. The breakfast was very sparse but I really enjoyed the crustless spinach cheese quiche; it was very good. The weather was great and I really enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio. The second morning I went down at 9:30 and there was not much left to eat. I realize I was late but if breakfast ends at 10:00, there should be food until then. Also, the beds were a little too firm. Other than that, this hotel was new, clean and great to stay in. The friendly staff made it so much better.

Nice new place, but working out the kinks
Check-in was a breeze and the room was ready. The room they gave me was this odd room downstairs by the lobby and conference rooms. Knowing noise would be a concern for me I requested a different room and moved. The new room had no placard with the number on it and no hot water. I made two attempts at 6 and 8:30 pm to get hot water and let staff know. The response was unsatisfactory and I was able to check out the next morning. Also, the location was terrible for my travel needs.

NEW HOTEL!
Well we all know new hotels always start off great and it hasn't been open a week. The staff was great and the room was clean. The wall is thin so you will hear everything from the tv and etc. The floor shook slightly on the fourth floor which woke me up but I am a very light sleeper. Opened on 3/15/22 and I stayed on 3/19/22.
