An enjoyable stay
We were very comfortable at this hotel. All their staff wanted to help make our stay better. It was cold in Fes in January but the rooms were well heated. The food and service at their Cafe Marriott, Sports Bar and most especially at their EAT restaurant serving a variety of international cuisine was excellent. Special mention goes to Oussama who was our waiter on all 4 occasions we visited. He was the most enthusiastic, helpful and kind waiter we have had in 45 years of travel. The restaurant was run well by the supervisor Mr Chafri who made sure everyone was happy. The pool was too cold on this visit but it was a great place to catch the sun and we enjoyed sitting for hours around the pool relaxing in their basket chairs each afternoon.

This is a beautiful hotel and property. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially Kamal at the Marriott Cafe, which is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of touring. Excellent food and cocktails. My room was not properly prepared for my arrival, as many room amenities were not found, however this was quickly rectified. I am very glad I chose this hotel and, if ever again in Fes, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a positive experience at the Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace overall! the hotel is clean and safe, and that the rooms and pool area are both high quality. It's a bit of a drawback that the prices for food are expensive, I would recommend it over the Fes Ryads

Worst Hotel in Morroco
Worst Marriott Ever!! Terrible experience in this location. Had booked a triple room and the couchbed offered was wrecked and the management couldn’t offer any other alternative but to book an additional room. Shower had only luke warm for two days. A/C didn’t work. When requesting a taxi, they recommended us to walk to the street (with luggage) to take a cab otherwise they only had large taxis. Overall not recommended and with so many other alternatives in town it should be avoided!
