Hotel was clean and modern, nicely appointed rooms. As a Hilton Honors member we were given an upgrade on arrival. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of great advice about dining options and travel between the terminals. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a biscuit in the room to have with tea and coffee (first world issue hahaha).

Everything was great about our quick overnight. We were happily surprised at all the great vegan options at the restaurant. I would share that “terminal 4” is a bit misleading. It’s quite a walk. It felt good for us to stretch our legs, but others with mobility issues or with lots of luggage should be aware.
