This property was absolutely amazing. The staff were super helpful and friendly - I have never experienced such excellent service in a hotel (and I work in one). From remembering things we liked or enjoyed at the front desk or dining room, contacting the airport about our lost luggage until we received it, to setting up a cooking class and spa day. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the beds were not very comfortable and there weren’t enough pillows. Aside from that, I felt right at home and I looked forward to every experience I had there. The grounds were well manicured and I truly felt like I was on a vacation as there was ample space to walk around and enjoy despite being in the off season and not being able to enjoy the beach or pool. Overall, one of the best resorts (if not the best) that I have ever stayed at. When I come back to Sorrento, Parco dei Principi will be my home.

Overall, this hotel is nice. However, it is clear that it is a bit past its prime. The grounds and view are gorgeous, and the dinner that is served at the restaurant is quite good. However, the physical condition of the building (e.g., marks on walls and slightly rusted exterior walls) are not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. I would place the hotel more in the four-star category, based on these characteristics.

The Parco is a designer hotel. A bit of a minimalist design that does not detract from it's beauty. Beautiful grounds, well maintained property and rooms, staff service is very good. Free shuttle service to town is a plus as it would be a 30 minutes walk. My only improvement would be the bathtub/shower footing, it takes a bit to adjust to as it becomes narrow.

What a fabulous place to stay! The ground are gorgeous. Staff was warm, friendly, and helpful taking care of private transfers. Location is excellent and within easy walking distance between Sorrento & Sant’Agnello. Breakfasts were excellent and so was our dinner.

Wonderful to return here to this design-Centric hotel. Featuring architect Gio Ponti’s mid-century design with wild blue and white design elements like the “egg” walls and unique floor tiles. The room was immaculate, great views, delicious breakfast with gorgeous water views. Nice staff. Highlight was evening cocktails in the onsite bar with kind and sweet barman. Only complaint: Fitness center needs an upgrade with windows to the ocean. We will be back!

This is not 5 star hotel sold to us by Expedia ... very disappointed with Expedia! You need to do your field research more adequately to make sure a hotel is 5 star when you sell it as one. The building is from so long ago( (60’s) and our room and bath room did look and feel not like a 5 star environment at all. You could hear folks talking next door and there was just not adequate insulation. The breakfast setup was not 5 star at all. We had dinner in the hotel next door (La Cocumella;4.5 star) and it had amazing setup, looks and ambiance.

Wonderful position on the water with its own beach plus it’s a unique modernist design from the 60’s.
