Very good
My only issue was the up to 48 hour turnaround on laundry and laundry not available on Saturdays. The price was reasonable and what I was able to get washed came back clean.

Room is not cleaned for a while
Not a four-star hotel and the rooms are very dirty and not cleaned for awhile in the first floor. Breakfast and dinner is moderate .

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights during my holiday. The stay was pleasant, food was plentiful and good quality. The location was convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was ok the service was terrible they are ok with European but when it comes to there own they are rude and very unprofessional will never stay here again all they want is tips for doing nothing

Staff are really bad, hotel overcrowded
The staff waiting tip upfront otherwise you will not get service, need to pray to get cutlery and glass for dinner, not cleaning the table. Most of the staff are arrogant and ignorant. The hotel is really crowded, specially the beach and pool area. 3 hotel together has over 800 rooms for 2 outside pool and a small private beach area. Stayed in all inclusive: soft drinks are terrible, even Coca Cola has weird taste, food is really bad, tastless, if you not going at the beginning of the meal most items run out Would be a nice hotel if the staff are motivated...

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the location was ideal, close to many restaurants an sheesha lounges. The wifi was reliable throughout, and the pool clean and well staffed. The breakfast options were amongst the best we experienced in Tunisia.
