My experience
Besides waiting in line for a good 15 mins before I was able to be acknowledged to check in my stay was pleasant room was in great condition beautiful view of the city nice employees we didn’t try out breakfast or the dinner at the restaurant downstairs I wish he did instead of eating on bourbon. We didn’t have wash cloths in the room when we arrived but front desk sent housekeeping right away .

The positive. The hotel was extremely nice. It was clean, smelled good, and the elevators were fast. That means a lot when you have an active three year old. The restaurants food was delicious as any Louisana cuisine. Elliott at the front desk was super cool and helpful. Now, the bad. As stated above, I have a three year old. He made a mess and we needed an extra towel. My wife, called the front desk and a lady, told her “Mrs. Clark, you just got here and we need towels for the other guest”. She was very rude in my opinion. At 500 dollars a night, a towel wasn’t asking much. So we ended up using the two of three towels that was in the room and used them to dry off. I know it’s petty, but we expect better when we pay more.
