Leaves a lot to be desired
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of our trip full board. The room was dated and only prepared for 2 persons when we arrived despite booking for 4. We where told on arrival that dinner was served from 6.30pm till 10.30pm. We arrived for dinner at 9.30 and before 10pm staff where pulling plates from our table and informing us that they close at 10pm. I questioned this and the again stated they closed at 10pm. The following morning I questioned this with reception who confirmed dinner is to be open till 10.30pm and so can only think that staff where looking for an early finish (not a great dining experience). Food on the buffet was also mislabeled with the lamb biryani being labeled as vegetable biryani. The food was serviceable but not of a very good standard and cleanliness of some areas of the hotel left a lot to be desired. For example, it was quite clear that the pool is not regularly cleaned as the bottom was covered in dirt and algae. On our last night we where left without hot water and an unflushable toilet that took from 2am till 10am to fix. Despite all these issues the staff where apologetic but offered nothing in the way of compensation that I believe we should be entitled to. In summary I am extremely disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing stay and exceptional service!
What an excellent stay we had at this hotel! They even prepared me a surprise birthday cake and gave me the room with the best view! I couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received during our stay. We ordered room service the evening we arrived and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Also not at all expensive! The bathroom is the best feature of the room!! I cannot recommend enough this hotel.

Winter of 2022 -
Hotel service including front desk personnel, hospitality staff to concierge service was above and beyond satisfactory. My senior citizen parents were welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast, hotel ambience was fulfilling and peaceful. It was more than our expectations to ease our parents through the experience.
