    Our stay started off rocky with there parking and registration area closed to traffic 😬. Parking was quite a walk. Fortunately the entire staff made up for one bad management decision. Our suite was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing. We will return!

    Dirty room but great pool experience.
    There was not a sticker on our door saying the room had been cleaned for our safety. There was left over food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and no Kleenex in the bathroom. Nikki however at the pool was extremely accommodating making the rest of the trip very enjoyable.

    Good property, very hindered luxury during covid
    Hotel was great and very nice room. Covid crashed the party by stopping amid service and closing most of the pools (it was announced on MGM social media that “pools were open” but we’re only open in an extremely limited manner, I wish the company was more transparent as this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Had to wait 2+ hours for a blanket the first night and Plumbing could use some TLC; both toilets ran Constantly (one ended up flooding randomly in the middle of the night and we had to shut off the water to wait for maintenance. Overall stay was ok, still on the fence about giving the property another chance when things get back to normal.

    The strip is going through the phase 2 or 3 of businesses opening. I had a great experience with this hotel however the valet, which was part of our package, was full and we had to park at the grand MGM self parking. We were not prepared of how long the walk was after a long night out. Also, they were no food delivery. I felt like the amount I paid, I was expecting a bit more. But I also get the situation of COVID-19 and how it was effecting the business. This hotel does have one of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

    Perfect Stay!
    The Signature Tower was by far one of the most luxurious hotels that I've stayed in when visiting Las Vegas. As soon as you walk in theres this smell that hits you making you realize that you chose the right place lol. The front guest staff was so polite with helping me check in. Her name was Tanja if im not mistaken. Shout out to her. I had the Deluxe Suite with a mini kitchenette, a livingroom and dining room area. I also had a jetted tub with a shower and a balcony with perfect views of the strip. From 8am-6pm only one pool was open which I didnt mind since there wasnt alot of guests. Due to the covid pandemic to make sure the guests felt safe there were plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel and casino along with face masks. All staff made sure to wear theirs also. Great experience!! I will be returning.

    Reopening after pandemic
    Seeing how the hotel had just reopened after the covid 19 pandemic the stay was great! However there were a few thing in the room that weren’t plugged in or turned on yet by the staff. Which I don’t hold them accountable for. Overall stay was comfortable and the pool was great!
