Breakfast was delicious and kids were very happy with the food. I was NOT happy with the family room. The beds were so close together that it felt like the kids were sleeping in the same bed as us. My daughter rolled over and actually hit me with her leg- that's how close the beds are. With the lack of a space these rooms should be cheaper and the actual family rooms should be bigger.

Good location as near to Victoria Station but in a quiet back street and close to the river. The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel but room lacked a few items that other 4 star hotels have. I stayed in a single room and there was no luggage stand, no bathrobe and no toothbrush holder. The tea tray could have had a better selection of tea and coffee. There was 2 bottles of water which were refreshed every day. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection of hot food, continental, cereals. However as the hotel is highly staffed the service is excellent. Would stay again as good value for money.
