Stopover before international flight
It was a stop over before our internationak flight and the stay was for few hours considering delayed flights and late completion of tour. Even then the warmth of walking into the hotel was great and welxomed by the friendly staff.

Exceptional Service by staff
We reached quite early than the check in time. But the staff ensured we were given a room as soon as possible when one is vacated. And once they did they upgraded us to a suite. Staff were friendly in general. However housekeeping weren’t very attentive when they clean the room. They repacked the coffee and sugar sachet that I already used inside the plastic bag and put it back on the counter. We also ordered an iron machine to the room (that’s supposed to already be available) but it didn’t work and it leaked water everywhere! Breakfast buffet was a bit messy and not very well organized as the staff didn’t seem to be properly trained and aware
