Hotel is good, staff is below average
The hotel itself a great budget-friendly option with a good location for getting to the CBD. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only real drawback is the staff. I found one front desk individual in particular had the demeanor of a prison guard and the rest were really clueless. They couldn't answer basic questions, such as how to get to the hotel using public transport from the airport which is relatively easy if you don't have heavy luggage, or pretty much anything. They were really unhelpful, but fine.

Economy choice in cbd
The hotel is ok, not great, not bad. Its and economy choice. Our stay was ruined by other guests, not the hotel. We needed one night close to a function. It ticked those boxes. No pay tv sport anymore, just free to air.
