The concierge staff were faultless, so helpful, kind, obliging and friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the thoughtful little items to make us feel comfortable in a home away from home. Our only negative feedback would be that we had to ask housekeeping twice on two occasions to refill or restock. Once on the first day and again on the third day. No big deal really and they were so apologetic and kind when tending to our room. Otherwise our stay was perfect.
