The property is not maintained the way it should be, lack of contact when you get to the room after office hours as there is no contact for anyone who might be able to help with issues encountered. Floors were not properly cleaned. Booked for a week and not enough basics which was advertised to last for the week, booked for 2 people, only two bath towels for an entire week, no pool towels. Linen not changed the entire week. Really disappointing experience. I do not understand how this establishment is allowed to operate like that as a business. What is Queensland government doing about it.

The location is great, pleasant surroundings however the maintenances of the rooms could be better. Power switches need to be fixed, taps dripping, the fridge was not working properly regarding the freezer that would not freeze.
