OK hotel bad cafeteria
The hotel was OK, not really clean but not really dirty either. They did not provide shampoo but the bathroom was in general clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were courteous and helpful, they provided good directions and orientation around Marrakech. The breakfast was a disaster in terms of food quality, service and attitude. It brings down what should be a good rating down to average

Exceptional 10.0
Best cheapest hotel in guilez .
I think if your on a budget this is the best hotel in guilez for the confort of the room which is big and also the bath room . It has a big tv . The breakfast is good . Excellent service . Every thing is nearby . Which cheap off-licence just behind the hotel and a cash machine that doesn’t charge just opposite. This is my fourth time here and I will keep coming here . Females travelling alone you will be safe here and looked after .

It was fine for the money although I've stayed in better for that much money. The breakfast that was included was so-so.

Poor 2.0
Liked the location. Didn’t like that my air conditioning was broken. In the evenings smoke from chimney filled the pool area. So much smoke thought building was on fire. Had to close balcony door room got incredibly hot.

The location is great but the hotel is dated and could do with modernisation.
gb7 night family trip
Poor 2.0
It was the worst hotel of my life. When we came it took them 45 min to check us in. The room wasn't done when we came in. The sheets for the pillows took 3 hours to get. The door had a mechanism to open because it was half-broken. The curtains looked like they had been torn to to pieces. They only offered soap. When we came in there was only one large towel. Most importantly there was no wifi in the room. When we told the receptionist, he answered simply by saying there is wifi here in the lobby. All in all this hotel looks like it was built 100 years ago and has not received a single dollar to be rebuilt. It is cheap to stay here but it will still make you regret being this cheap. Whatever you think, Its not worth it!
