Unpleasantly surprised...
Sadly surprised that the first room assigned to me upon check-in had blood in the shower and some odd smell... I was able to get another room that was cleaned and verified with the seal the property uses in the midst of the pandemic... better smelling, much cleaner... honestly it would have been a great stay had it not been for that bloody room

Nice
The hotel was decent, kind of was not what I was expecting but for the price point it was okay. The first room I was in smelled like smoke and it really made my head hurt, so I called the front desk and asked if it was possible to please have my room changed. The person at the front desk was extremely accommodating and I was not charged an additional fee for the room change. Despite that hick up, it was a nice stay

Is this a salon or hotel?
The front desk person was taking her butterfly locs out at the desk. Very unprofessional. She was not in uniform. She had on sweatsuits not sure if it was because it was a Tuesday night attire. Not very polite. The room took a while to warm up, it wasn't worth going downstairs to complain. Blown...

The room is average, but the carpeting is near the end of it's life, with visible stains.
