Conference visit

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathrobe was grubby and the slippers that were shoved into its pocket had been used previously.....these would normally be in a sealed bag......there was also only one pair. Better not to provide these things at all than offer shoddy quality and cleanliness. Good coffee provided and bottled water however the water was in plastic bottles. Excellent products in bathroom in refillable containers. Car parking availability was minimal considering that we were part of a large conference also being facillitated in the hotel. There did not appear to be any disabled parking spaces either. Staff were pleasant and helpful however providing a trolley so that we could take boxes and equipment into the building. All of the public areas were clean and well maintained. Lighting was good and lifts were efficient.
