Positives- 1-friendly reception staff. 2-location to surfers paradise. 3-pool area. 4. Beautiful view if your ocean side. That's where the positives end!! Holes in doors and dents in walls and fridge from being punched. Dirty. Mould on bathroom tiles. Blood on outside of the toilet. 3rd night, Noisy tenants underneath with speaker on deck area, asked to turn it down but was ignored or could've hear us over music. Complained to reception next morning to be told they are regulars so they should know better but they would speak to them... next night music again, thumping on ceiling and slapping what sounded like thongs together often, out on the deck, late at night again... And tenants across hall from us running up and down hallway and bashing on walls on and off between 2am to 3am...
Should say no parking, about 50 spots for at least 100 rooms, some cars never moved so likely apartment owners for when they stay there... very limited street parking, we had to keep parking at least 2 blocks away, nice flat 800m walk though I suppose.. I spoke to reception after we checked in about the holes and cleanliness, they said the owner knew and they are waiting for them to fix it, they were also going to speak to housekeeping about cleanliness and blood.. I had to sticky tape the vent open on the aircon as it was broken. Restaraunt closed down. Apartments need a major overhaul, if I had the money I would have left after the 2nd night and said goodbye to the other 4 nights accommodation.
