Very friendly staff, we settled in the room and they brought up a cheese board for us! We ordered a bunch of room service and the food was great. Most definitely had a beautiful patio, great location and lighting, complete with a jacuzzi! Very friendly front desk that was well versed in English and helped us out a ton. My family and I stayed at SmartRental Madrid for 5 days. It was an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There were 8 of us in all staying in 3 separate rooms. They remembered us at breakfast and the 3 rooms we were in when we ate breakfast together. When I asked the staff for a key to visit my parents and special needs brother in a different room, they did not hesitate to give me a key. I was able to check in on my parents and brother, or help out as needed.
