Place is beautiful. Hospitality is non-existent. They care more about the image of this place vs the people that actually stay here. I got to the hotel earlier than check in right from the ferry, naturally after breakfast I closed my eyes in the courtyard. Shorty the receptionist makes her way outside in the courtyard scolding me. Saying I can’t “sleep” I can only sit in a chair with my eyes open not sleeping. Very uncalled for. The bartender on the roof was scoffing at our drink choices. Want some a water bottle before bed? Good luck, you’re on your own there too. It’s your hotel you are allowed to make your “rules” but I am also allowed to leave reviews and share my opinion. And this is my opinion- one star. Thank you. Good business.

We paid a bit extra to stay in a suite at this hotel. The location is ok if you don't mind a 15-20minute stroll to the main town. The hotel is very clean with a few teething issues as it has only been open since June. Disappointed not to have a robe/slippers included for the price we paid for the suite. The lack of information in the room was inconvenient with no details of breakfast times/cycle hire/how to use the safe, all the basics you would usually expect. Storage was limited - a small wardrobe with 6 hangers each for 2 people and only 1 drawer each. Also no hanging space for wet towels. There is basically no bathroom. We had a shower cubicle which leaked dangerously onto the floor and into the toilet in the next room. Had to use the towels supplied to mop it up as it was very slippery and then no where to hang them to dry !! Really badly designed layout. Bed and bedding very nice but the location means it is very noisy as it is right on a road. Breakfast was ok but nothing really to write home about. Drinks in the bar were very reasonable. We would not stay here again - there are better hotels with better facilities for less price in Palma.
