Will not return.
I was happy when i got there but the next day not so good. Restaurant not good.I came from the beach and was stuck in the elevator manger on duty was smiling like it was funny never said he was sorry and did not put a out of order on the elevator. It was my birthday and a Wyndham.

Staff are not friendly or welcoming. Never a ‘good morning’ etc. Room was OK at best; no closet, nor was there anyplace to hang your clothes. There were three fairly small drawers to use for clothes. There was no safe for valuables. This was an ‘accessible’ room, but a closet/some way to hang your clothes and a safe seems reasonable to me. My wife had breakfast in the dining room. She ordered two breakfast tacos. The server was not friendly when taking the order or when bringing it. After taking the order it was 30 minutes before the order arrived. Other members of our party had the same experience the following day at breakfast. There are two small elevators for guest and one larger elevator for staff use. Only one of the small elevators was operational. Guest are able to use the larger elevator. The elevators are slow. This is billed as a ‘resort’. It did not have the feel of a ‘resort’. The only reason we stayed at this location was to attend a beach wedding of a family member. Our overall experience was such that we will not be returning.

Do not take a 6th floor room
Stayed 2 nights. After first night we were forced to move to a different room on 6th floor from 2nd. New room was not ready when they said & we were late to plans we had made because of it. We had our dog with us which made it harder to take him out. New room would not cool. They gave us 2 fans but they were loud. Could not sleep well because room was hot & I got hives from the room being hot. Lady at front desk was rude. Outdoor/poolside shower & bathrooms did not work. Would have been a great stay if we did not have to move from original room.
