Too old and NOT SAFE
First day and my room was mistakenly given to another customer. The manager did give back 10% discount, but not sure how it end up just returning +/- $31.00 for 4 nights $1500 (after I used hotels.com free nights credits). The location is next to Gothic areas where homeless and pickpockets are everywhere. So it is not suggested for anyone like me who prefer more safe and quiet areas. Hotel conditions are old. The bunk bed is stupid and not safe because the ladder is flimzy and no railing to prevent falling down at night. There are molds on ceilings in bathroom. The bedsheets were rough. The pillows were terrible because the cotton inside making it too high. Hotel don't have water at reception, which is a downer compared to my previous stay at Hotel Catalonia. I should just rebook that hotel because it is closure to shopping malls and better food options.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I loved the outdoor seating and the service at the restaurant and bar was fantastic. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed to rest up and get out and explore. It was conveniently located and a short walking distance to public transportation.
