Second visit
This was our second visit to Los Arcos. It had been refurbished since our last stay to a very high standard. Very good for a quieter stay without constant music playing.

Avoid!!!
My main issue with this stay was the breakfasts. It was just awful. The choice was incredibly limited. Everything baked was packaged and tasteless. The only cooked option were scrambled egg or bacon. I informed the hotel of my complaint and being vegetarian and yet they were incredibly rude and didn't care at all The level of customer service was horrendous. I tried a piece of dry toast one day and when I opened the butter it was mouldy. The receptionist insisted on opening other butters and basically insinuated I was lying. The towels in the room were so small I would consider them more hand towels and were not changed at all for the 4 night stay! The fridge in the room was incredibly loud (especially when trying to sleep). It was also warm too and therefore couldn't even keep water inside it. Hotel said this was normal as it isn't a fridge just a minibar. The TV did not work at all in the room. The 'free toiletries' provided is one blue liquid in the shower and next to the sink that is in a single container and clearly meant to act as an all in one. There were some other people staying at the hotel playing really loud music inconsiderably during our stay. There were no staff around to tell them to please turn the music down so therefore this was not a relaxing experience. There is also no pool bar or anything to provide cold drinks or icecream/snacks. One day the cleaner left our patio door open without our knowledge. Luckily nothing was stolen!

Fab little hotel, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff and well priced. A 15 min walk to Burriana Beach or 25 mins to Nerja centre. Really relaxing break. Would recommend.
