Location is the best to move around KL, the staff is extremely friendly and professional, It is a old and dated basic hotel but has been renovated recently, it looks clean , breakfast was very good even though still is a buffet type which I think now a days should be avoided, we need to change the concept for breakfast and move forward in a more contemporary way to reduce food waste. Great idea to provide a water filter in the room to reduce plastic consumption
