Needs more or better staff
Waited 20 mins for anyone to show up at the front desk at check in time. Someone called the hotel phone number and that to went unanswered. By the time some showed up 4 other families were waiting to check in. The person seemed irritated that multiple groups were there check in. The room was ok for what we paid for as we were only there 7 hours to sleep.

Everything in this hotel is brand new, from tile to carpet to furniture, it’s impeccably clean but still finishing up renovation. Only issue was not enough hot water in the morning. I would attribute it to the finishing of the renovation. Will stay again

The hotel is under construction; nothing in the ad that states the same. No Parking is available on their property, adding no effort to find a way to resolve the issue. To finish key was given to a room occupied a big deal when it comes to the customer's safety; you never know who is behind the door. I requested a refund at the time, and I was told no by AshKash Patel, 241.00 dollars, and yes still waiting for my complete refund.

Can't have breakfast in your room.
The hotel is renovated very tastefully. The room was decorated nicely. The light over the sink flickered badly. They don't allow you to bring your breakfast into your room. Never had a hotel say this. They will allow dogs in rooms but won't allow you to bring a small plate of food up from the lobby.

Very very unhappy customer
The room was not the cleanest had stains in the carpet blood smear on the lamp shade toilet had mildew up around the rim and bed squeaky and bathroom door knob broke plus I had an issue when paying online for the hotel room it paid twice and withdrew it from my bank acct and when I called they would not refund me a duplicate charge
