I spent 3 nights here on my business trip. The location of this hotel is very near at Twin Tower. The Hotel lobby, pool, Gym, car parking is very nice. The room is big, clean, and i feel comfortable. I must say that everything was excellent. The receptionist Ms. Nazmin was very friendly and extremely helpful also. I decided that i will stay here next time also.

Great Hotel, Great Location
A lovely hotel with a great location with easy access to public transit. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was tasty yet very crowded, and the pool had great views of the KL skyline. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Improve, please
It was a toss-up between this and Corus hotel. Impiana won cos of lower rate. The saving grace is the fact that the hotel is between KLCC and Pavilion..2 of my fav shopping malls. There were issues on housekeeping, front desk staff are not smiling (for those that did not wear face mask; if they smile under the masks, then i have no comment). Check in with zero expectations..then you would not be disappointed when its not met. Maybe they did not get the memo that more foreign guests are coming. Hopefully they resolve whatever issues they are facing.
