The Good: - Comfortable beds - Hotel is clean (outside of rooms) - Smart TV - Decor is nice - Nice staff, very friendly - Room size - Location (Taxi will get confused with other Ashley hotel) - Restaurant is very big - Free bottles of water The Bad: - No fridge in family room - Only 4 hangers - No mirror outside of bathroom - Small window (some rooms have no window) - Insufficient toilet paper for 4 people - Pool in an awkward place, right next to restaurant. - Pool is too cold, given the it’s an indoor pool, it should be heated as the aircon is so strong in the pool area - Coffee isn’t included in breakfast - You need to request for knife, salt and pepper when sitting down for breakfast - Not much variety for breakfast - Breakfast bread is hard - In room dining lacks choices - Shower doesn’t get cleaned, our drain was blocked with hair, we had to clean ourselves

The ambience, and friendly staffs. The swimming pool is right smack in between the family restaurant n the front desk. The glass pane can at least be frosted on the front desk end so as not to be visible to the guests

Clean and smell good! Near to Tanah Abang shopping mall, easy to get good food and will come again. To improve breakfast choices- Nasi putih to alternate with other types such Nasi Wuduk, etc. No sound proof at room area. Overall great stay for 7 days at the hotel!
