Nice, Charming hotel Within walking distance to center. Staff was very pleasant. Food was great! Temperature check and everyone following COVID-19 protocol. Saw staff cleaning thoroughly- Felt very relief. I will definitely stay here again

Great Hotel! Close to everything. Food and restaurant very reasonably priced. Lobby bar excellent service and very nice furnishings. A real Mexican experience and staff speaks English. A must stay while here in San Miguel de Allende. Just a block away from the most expensive hotel in San Miguel at a fraction of the price.

So, so...
Not so good, the bathroom smelled of urine. But it is not the first time, it is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and the previous time it also smelled of urine. Also, a noise like knocking on a pipe, ALL NIGHT !!! They should try to improve!

updated, clean and well maintained place and all its staff are very professional and helpful...and seems the hotel is going out of their way to ensure COVID sanitation throughout. No more Kleenex in the room, but still providing 2 bottled water in room. As with most Mexican hotels, however, the vanity area is dark and no "wash towel" is provided.
