Very disappointing
The hotel was in a nice location close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was decent. However this is not a 4 star hotel it is way too expensive for the condition the hotel is in. The room was so old fashioned, the bathroom was so clinical looking and the lights in the bedroom reminded me of a hospital I couldn’t relax in the room at all. Also I requested a high floored room weeks in advanced for the best view and was given one on the 2nd floor behind a tree so I paid a lot of extra money for a view of a tree and the roof of the breakfast area. I realise they can’t give everyone a high room but how far in advance would I have to request one. The pictures Online also make the balconies look like they are so open and full of sunlight. They are dark and never get the sun so I couldn’t even enjoy the balcony. Overall I was very dissapointed. We decided to treat ourselves staying in this hotel as the pictures looks amazing but we shouldn’t have bothered and went for a cheaper option because at least then you get what you pay for.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast a bit bland but fine to see you through until lunch. Lovely area with fab restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a bus stop directly outside to take you on the short trip to the old town.
