The aesthetic of this property is stunning, although the various people at the front desk were consistently rude, curt, and/or unhelpful. A man walked into my room at 11pm, TWO DAYS after I asked for my room to be cleaned, and said he was ready to clean my room. They lacked fresh towels and linens throughout the 8 days I stayed there. The stove did not work, even though I was paying for the most expensive room in their facility. Overall, the area is great, the building is fabulous, but the staff's hospitality and professionalism needs significant work.
